Hi Dear,

Before the surgery, you might want to change your diet by consuming more fruits & vegetables, lean meats and whole grain. Drink plenty of water and exercise regularly. Try to avoid processed food if you can. The change of diet and lifestyle can help to decrease the recovery time and improve surgical results!
