Hi Dear,

You can walk immediately after the surgery. However, strenuous physical exercises such as weightlifting, biking, jogging or other forms of intense activities can cause the implants to shift positions or cause wound healing problems that may affect the appearance of the breast after surgery. Therefore, it is advised to not to do any strenuous physical exercise for 6 weeks after the surgery.
