Hi Dear,

Breast implants will not change its shape nor cause sagging after pregnancy. During postpartum, factors such as prolonged breastfeeding, post-pregnancy weight gain and future pregnancies can cause sagging of your breasts

Studies have shown that there is no difference on sagging between women who breastfeed, with breast implants or without.
