Hi Dear,

According to the studies, it was evaluated that the silicone breast implants are recommended to be replace after 10-15 years. It is not necessary to replace unless you are experiencing problems. Breast implant are not manufactured as a lifetime device, so it is expected to have them removed or replaced at some point in the future.
