Hi Dear,

After your breast augmentation, it is recommended not to do strenuous physical exercise. For the implants that are located under the muscle, it is advised to wait for six weeks before going back to the gym to resume your normal routine. If your implants placement is located over the muscle, you are advised to be able to go back to the gym after 4 weeks.
