Hi Dear,

Saline-filled implants are silicone shells filled with sterile salt water while silicone gel-filled implants are silicone shells filled with a plastic gel. Silicone implants are the most natural looking breast implant compared to saline implants. Saline implants are less expensive than silicone implants. The decision will vary from person to person, do consult your doctor to allow you to see the implants in person for you to make the right decision.
