Dear Jiayi,

Weight is definitely not an important factor when it comes to breast augmentation. However it is recommended that your Body Mass Index (BMI) do not go over the unhealthy range of BMI 30. Reason being that this may cause additional implications to the body during surgery. It is advisable for a person to maintain a healthy weight to have surgery.
