Dear Minfei,

You are not allowed to undergo breast implant surgery while pregnant, as it will potentially endanger the life of your baby. Doctors recommend that patients may come for surgery only after four to six months from breastfeeding if they are keen for breast augmentation. Additionally, due to pregnancy hormones, your breast will be constantly changing, and therefore affecting the implants.
