Hi Dear,

Placing the breast implants under the muscle allows them to look more natural. It decreases the rate of infection and the complication associated with the breast implants. It allows the breast implants to have more support and less tendency to drop or droop with time. If you want a more natural appearing breast augmentation result that has a longer lasting result and maintains the implants as soft as possible, we recommend breast augmentation under the muscle.
