Hi Dear,

Usually the pain is at moderate range and generally can be well controlled with medication in the first 1-2 weeks of the surgery. It is important to take note that severe pain after the surgery could be due to infection or other complications and it’s best to seek your surgeon’s advice is the pain is too unbearable after the surgery.
