You will still be able to breastfeed after undergoing breast augmentation. This is a common concern, especially for moms with infants or for women who are planning to start a family.

It actually depends on the incision method and the placement of the implant. Chances are slim that it will affect the ability for your breast to produce milk if you choose the right incision method & placement.

For example, with the peri-areolar incision, there will be an increased risk of breast-feeding issues due to the fact that the breast implant might be putting pressure on the breast tissue. Which could result in damaged breast tissue hence diminishing the milk production.

I would suggest you to consult your plastic surgeon for more information.
