There are no dietary restrictions. However, you should be cautious to never take dietary supplements that may contain herbs to cause problems with bleeding and other conditions during surgery. Something to note is that Ginseng can cause spontaneous bleeding months after surgery.

Do check with your plastic surgeon to provide you with a detailed list of medications to avoid before surgery.
